Dennis Schulz
Chief Executive Officer
Dennis Schulz was appointed CEO of ITM Power in December 2022, bringing more than 14 years of leadership experience from Linde Engineering, where he most recently served as Managing Director. Throughout his career, Dennis has played a pivotal role in advancing the green hydrogen economy and is deeply committed to accelerating industrial decarbonisation on a global scale.
He holds a Master of Science degree and an Executive MBA, combining strong technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
In June 2025, Dennis was elected to the Board of Hydrogen Europe, representing the industry seat on behalf of ITM Power and contributing to the acceleration of the hydrogen sector across Europe.
Under Dennis’s leadership, in June 2025, ITM Power launched Hydropulse — a new venture designed to unlock industrial hydrogen demand by addressing barriers around cost, project risk, and bankability.
